New bone graft tested to make dental implants stronger
NCT ID NCT07199725
Summary
This study tested whether adding a specific bone graft material (made from natural cow bone and hyaluronic acid) during immediate dental implant placement helps the implant bond better with the jawbone. It involved 16 patients with badly decayed teeth and compared results between those who received the graft and those who did not. The main goal was to see if the graft improved bone density and implant stability over several months.
