Summary
This study tested two new surgical methods to build up thin jawbone in the front of the mouth so a dental implant can be placed right after a tooth is pulled. Researchers compared these new techniques to a standard method in 24 patients. The goal was to see which technique best preserves and builds bone to support a stable, long-lasting implant.
