Summary
This small study looked at two ways to improve how the gums look around dental implants in the front of the mouth for people with thin gums. It compared placing an implant with a gum tissue graft, with or without a temporary tooth, to see which gave a better cosmetic result. The goal was to find the best method for a natural-looking smile.
