Could a Patient's own blood speed up dental healing for smokers?

NCT ID NCT07364890

Summary

This study is testing if a plug made from a patient's own processed blood can help tooth sockets heal better after an extraction, especially for people who smoke. Each participant will have two teeth removed; one socket gets the special plug, and the other heals normally for comparison. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain and complications and improves healing for smokers.
