Do nerve treatments help baby tooth fillings last?
NCT ID NCT07243496
Summary
This study aims to see if a common nerve treatment for cavities helps fillings last longer in children's baby molars. Researchers will follow 40 healthy children for two years, comparing fillings in teeth that received the treatment to fillings in the same child's teeth that did not. The goal is to find the best way to control tooth decay and preserve baby teeth until they naturally fall out.
