First seen May 15, 2026 ยท Last updated May 15, 2026
Summary
This study tested two methods for filling deep cavities in back teeth. 38 adults each received two fillings: one using a flowable bulk fill composite and the other using a standard layered composite. The goal was to see which method leads to fewer failures, stains, or fractures over five years. Results will help dentists choose the best approach for long-lasting fillings.
