Which dental filling tool wins? new study aims to find out

This study compares different types of dental tools (matrix systems) used to rebuild the shape of a tooth when filling large cavities. Ninety adults with large cavities on the side of a back tooth will receive a standard filling, and the quality of the filling's shape and contact with neighboring teeth will be checked over time. The goal is to see which tool gives the best, most natural-looking result.
