New dental glue tested to make fillings last longer
NCT ID NCT05248204
Summary
This study tested a new dental adhesive (a glue used under fillings) to see if it works as well as the current standard adhesive. Adult participants who needed two fillings in their back teeth received one filling with the new adhesive and one with the old adhesive. Researchers then checked how well the fillings stayed in place, resisted cracking, and fit the tooth over two years.
