Two gum graft techniques face off for better dental bridges
NCT ID NCT07434297
Summary
This study compared two methods for building up gum tissue where a tooth is missing, to prepare for a dental bridge. Researchers tested whether using a partially stripped tissue graft works differently than a fully stripped graft, both taken from the roof of the mouth. The goal was to see which method better improves the look and support for a fixed bridge, focusing on gum thickness, healing, and pain.
