Summary
This study aims to find out which of two materials is better for helping regrow jawbone before a person can get dental implants. It will compare a membrane that dissolves on its own with one that must be surgically removed later. The research involves 30 people who need bone grafting in their lower jaw and will measure how stable the new bone is and how much pain patients feel.
