High-Tech syringe aims to make Kids' dental visits less scary

NCT ID NCT07095946

Summary

This study is testing two different ways to numb a child's mouth during a common dental procedure, using a special computerized syringe. Researchers want to see which method causes less pain and anxiety for children aged 5 to 9. The electronic syringe plays music and gives the dentist more control, aiming to make the experience more comfortable for kids and their parents.
