Bone drug shows promise for boosting sperm in hopeless cases
NCT ID NCT06300229
Summary
This study tested whether a single injection of a drug called denosumab could improve semen quality in men struggling with infertility. It focused on men with very low sperm counts who had a specific blood marker suggesting they might respond. Forty-two men were randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo injection to see if it helped.
