Scientists test copycat bone drug on healthy men
NCT ID NCT05245669
Summary
This study aimed to see if a new version of the drug denosumab (called ENZ215) works the same way in the body as the versions already sold in Europe and the US. It involved 207 healthy adult men who received a single injection. Researchers tracked the drug levels in their blood and its effects on a bone marker over 39 weeks to check for similarity.
