New hope for hard-to-treat stomach cancer: experimental drug combo enters phase 2

Summary
This study tests a new drug called denikitug, either alone or with other treatments, for people with advanced HER2-negative stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or esophageal cancer that has spread or come back. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment groups. The goal is to see if these combinations can shrink tumors and control the disease.
