New dengue drug trial aims to stop virus in its tracks

Summary
This study tests experimental antiviral drugs in people with early dengue fever (less than 48 hours of symptoms). The goal is to see if these drugs can lower the amount of virus in the blood and reduce illness severity. About 500 participants will be enrolled and closely monitored for safety and recovery.
