Summary
This early study tests a personalized treatment called YS247 for people with a specific type of ovarian cancer (HRD-negative) that didn't fully respond to standard therapy. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, trained to recognize their tumor's unique markers, to try to control the disease. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose in a small group of 9 participants.
