First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a personalized vaccine made from a patient's own immune cells (dendritic cells) to keep multiple myeloma or plasmacytoma in remission. The study includes 10 patients who have already achieved very good partial or complete remission after other treatments. The main goal is to check safety, and also to see if the vaccine can boost the immune system to fight remaining cancer cells.
