New cream could ease debilitating hand and foot blisters
NCT ID NCT07013201
Summary
This study is testing whether a new cream called delgocitinib can reduce painful blisters and improve skin in adults with palmoplantar pustulosis, a chronic skin condition affecting the palms and soles. About 135 participants will apply the cream or a placebo twice daily for 16 weeks to see which is more effective. The main goal is to see if the active cream leads to clearer skin and fewer symptoms compared to the inactive version.
