Summary
This large, completed trial tested a new treatment order for adults with a rare, aggressive brain tumor. It compared starting with chemotherapy alone versus the standard approach of radiation followed by chemo. The main goal was to see if delaying radiation could better protect patients' memory and thinking skills over time without shortening their lives.
