Summary

This study tests whether using a diode laser before placing a special filling material (Biodentine) helps preserve more healthy tooth and reduces staining compared to using Biodentine alone. 48 adults with deep cavities in permanent back teeth are being treated and followed with X-rays and photos. The goal is to see which method keeps more tooth structure and causes less discoloration.
