First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study compares three lesser-known meditation techniques (prostrations, Koan Mu, and mirror exercise) with mindful breathing to see how they affect well-being and self-awareness. About 240 healthy adults with at least one year of meditation experience will participate. The goal is to understand if these practices can improve happiness and mental health.
