Summary
This study tested a three-part treatment for people with colorectal cancer that spread to the liver and stopped responding to standard therapies. The treatment combined targeted chemotherapy beads injected into the liver, chemotherapy infusion into the liver artery, and a targeted drug called regorafenib. The goal was to see if this combination could shrink tumors and extend life. 21 patients participated in this early-phase trial.
