New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat cancers
NCT ID NCT03968653
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new oral drug called Debio 0123 in combination with the chemotherapy carboplatin. It aimed to find a safe and effective dose for adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to prior platinum-based treatments. The main goals were to determine the best dose and to check the safety and early signs of whether the combination could shrink tumors.
