Summary
This study enrolls 130 Hispanic adults aged 55+ without dementia to see if a 12-week phone-based coaching program helps them become more active. Participants are randomly assigned to either the coaching program or a general brain health education group. The goal is to see if the coaching improves exercise habits and reduces sitting time, which may protect against Alzheimer's disease.
