NCT ID NCT07310511
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — a type of talk therapy that teaches skills to handle emotions — can help people with addiction who also have trouble managing their feelings. About 120 adults will be split into three groups: in-person DBT, online DBT with videos, or their usual treatment. The goal is to see if DBT improves emotional regulation and reduces impulsive behavior.
