Summary

This study tests a new treatment called DB-3Q, made from stem cell particles, for people with Crohn's disease who have painful tunnels (fistulas) near the anus. The goal is to see if it can safely close these fistulas and improve healing. About 36 adults will receive either the treatment or a placebo, and results will be checked with exams and MRI scans.
