NCT ID NCT07522021

First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing rehabilitation exercises in the daytime or evening helps people with a herniated disc and a high risk for sleep apnea sleep better and feel less sleepy during the day. About 60 adults aged 18-65 with chronic low back pain and a high STOP-Bang score will be randomly assigned to either a daytime or evening rehab program. The goal is to see if the timing of exercise affects sleep quality, daytime sleepiness, pain, and daily function.
