Summary
This study tested whether using health records to identify and contact people with HIV who had missed appointments could help them return to care. Researchers worked with 160 adults in Ukraine who were out of care. The goal was to see if this data-to-care approach improved clinic visits, starting or restarting HIV medication, and achieving viral suppression.
