Summary
This study looks at how reliable quality information is in 30 Swiss nursing homes. Researchers will compare routine assessments with expert checks and talk to staff to find what helps or hinders accurate data collection. Based on findings, they will create and test a program to improve data quality, with a follow-up check three months later.
