Summary
This study is testing whether training after-school program staff with a specific data coaching method can increase the physical activity of the children they supervise. Researchers will work with 80 elementary school children in after-school programs, providing feedback to staff four times during the school year. The goal is to see if this coaching leads to kids being more active and feeling more confident in their movement skills.
