New hope for tough leukemia cases: experimental drug trial

Summary
This study tests whether the drug DASATINIB can help adults with acute myeloid leukemia when standard treatments have failed. Researchers will give 35 participants DASATINIB for up to 3 months and monitor their blood and bone marrow response. The goal is to see if this approach can control the cancer in patients with limited treatment options.
