First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding two drugs, dasatinib and quercetin, to standard CAR-T cell therapy can improve outcomes for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to prior treatments. About 44 adults who have tried at least three other therapies will receive the drug combination alongside chemotherapy and CAR-T cells. The goal is to see if this approach can eliminate more cancer cells and lead to deeper, longer-lasting remissions.
