Darkness retreat: a new way to quiet the mind?

Summary

This pilot study is testing whether spending 3 days and 3 nights in complete darkness can help reduce worry and rumination in healthy adults. Researchers will also check if the retreat is safe and practical. 30 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups that differ in how often they are monitored during the retreat.
