Three days in the dark: can it quiet your mind?
NCT ID NCT07429617
Summary
This is a small pilot study to see if a voluntary 3-day darkness retreat is a safe and practical way to help people with moderate worry and anxiety. Researchers will recruit 30 healthy adults to spend three days and nights in seclusion. The main goal is to test the study procedures, but they will also check if the retreat helps reduce repetitive negative thoughts and improves well-being.
