Summary
This study tested whether a new, hydroquinone-free serum could safely reduce the appearance of dark spots and sun spots on the face. For 16 weeks, 48 women with moderate, bothersome spots used the serum as part of either a basic or an enhanced skincare routine. Researchers measured changes in spot size, intensity, and overall skin tone to see which routine worked better.
