New hope for aggressive lymphoma patients Who've run out of options

Summary
This study is testing whether adding the drug daratumumab to two existing medications (bortezomib and dexamethasone) can help control plasmablastic lymphoma that has returned or hasn't responded to previous treatments. The trial will enroll about 28 adults whose cancer cells show a specific marker called CD38. Researchers will monitor how well the combination shrinks tumors and what side effects patients experience during treatment.
