Promising combo targets hard-to-treat lymphoma in early trial

Summary
This study tests whether adding daratumumab to standard drugs (bortezomib and dexamethasone) can shrink tumors in people with plasmablastic lymphoma, a rare and aggressive blood cancer, that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. About 28 adults will receive the combination and be monitored for response and side effects. The goal is to see if this approach can control the disease.
