Summary
This study is testing whether a gel containing the medication dapsone helps treat acne in adults. Over 8 weeks, 100 participants will apply either the active gel or a look-alike placebo gel once daily. Researchers will measure changes in acne lesions, skin redness, oiliness, and quality of life to see if the dapsone gel is effective.
