Summary
This study tested two common diabetes medications, dapagliflozin and empagliflozin, to see which works better for fatty liver disease in people with type 2 diabetes. 108 adults took one of the drugs daily for 6 months. Researchers measured liver fat and blood fats to compare effectiveness.
