Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called dapagliflozin can help protect the kidneys of children with kidney disease. It will measure if the drug reduces the amount of protein in their urine and helps maintain their kidney function over time. The goal is to see if this medication, already used in adults, can be a safe and effective treatment option for kids.
