This study tests if dapagliflozin, a diabetes drug, can reduce weight gain caused by antipsychotic medications in people with schizophrenia. About 120 participants will be split into three groups: one gets dapagliflozin plus lifestyle advice, another gets metformin plus lifestyle advice, and the third gets lifestyle advice alone. The main goal is to see which approach works best for weight loss over 26 weeks.
