Summary

This study tested whether a drug called dantrolene can help control dangerous heart rhythms in people with structural heart disease. 68 participants received either dantrolene or a placebo during a heart procedure. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce the chance of triggering a fast, life-threatening heartbeat.
