Summary
This study follows 140 female dancers aged 11-16 who have scoliosis (a curved spine) to see how their muscles, bones, and flexibility change during puberty. Researchers will check them twice a year for three years using ultrasound, strength tests, and other measurements. The goal is to understand how their bodies develop and whether a special exercise program can help.
