Ballet body check: study tracks scoliosis in teen dancers

Summary
This study follows 140 female dancers aged 11-16 who have scoliosis and dance ballet at least three times a week. Researchers will check their muscles, bones, flexibility, and growth twice a year for three years. The goal is to learn how their bodies change during puberty and how exercise may affect their spine.
