Summary
This study aims to understand if regular dancing helps older adults stay fit, balanced, and happy. Researchers will compare 180 people in three groups: seniors who dance, inactive seniors, and inactive middle-aged adults. They will measure things like strength, flexibility, walking ability, and mood to see if dancing makes a difference.
