New hope for early breast cancer: drug combo aims to stop recurrence

Summary
This study is testing whether adding the drug dalpiciclib to standard hormone therapy can help keep early-stage HR+/HER2- breast cancer from returning. About 2000 women with stage II or III breast cancer will receive either a lower dose for 3 years or a higher dose for 2 years. The goal is to see which approach works better and is safer.
