New hope for liver cancer: drug combo targets tumors resistant to immunotherapy

Summary
This study is for people with advanced liver cancer that has stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. It tests a new combination of two drugs (dalpiciclib and camrelizumab) to see if they can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 30 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will monitor how well it works and any side effects.
