Summary
This study aims to see if a simple daily gratitude exercise can improve mental health and reduce stress for nursing students. Researchers will have 277 Indonesian nursing students try writing down three positive things each day for one week. They'll compare different groups to see if this practice boosts feelings of gratitude and overall psychological well-being.
