Summary

This study follows 2,500 people with a rare cancer of the kidney's drainage system (UTUC) to see if less invasive, kidney-sparing surgery works as well as removing the whole kidney. Researchers will track survival, cancer return, kidney function, and quality of life over 10 years. Anyone diagnosed with UTUC can join, and data is collected from medical records and questionnaires.
