Scientists test absorption of new hair loss treatment in healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT07402330
Summary
This early study aims to understand how much of an experimental scalp treatment called DA-020 gets into the bloodstream after one application. It will involve 60 healthy women to measure the drug's levels and check for safety issues like blood pressure changes. The goal is to gather basic information about how the body processes the treatment, not to test its effectiveness for preventing hair loss from chemotherapy.
